Our cakes are priced by the slice. Most
of the other items are priced by the
dozen, but exact pricing will be
specified after an inquiry or request
has been submitted

Payment
Payment is split into two: A 50%
retainer is due 24 hours after your
order contract has been signed &
submitted. The second half of your
payment will be due 7 days before
your pickup/delivery day; 8:00
A.M. on the first day of production
to be exact
Cancellations & Refund Requests
A free cancellation window will be
open for 24 hours after the time
your first payment has been
received & a full reimbursement
will be given to you
If there is a cancellation request
submitted in between 8:00 A.M. of
the first production date & 8:00
A.M. of the second production date,
you will receive 70% of the second
half of your payment. After 24
hours, the payment becomes non-
refundable

Scheduling Your Time Slot
Pickup and delivery time slots can be
selected once your reservation has
officially been secured
Status Updates
To help keep track of your order’s
status, you will receive both an email
and text notification when your
delivery is on the way and at the exact
time of arrival and when
your pickup order time is approaching
Pickups
If there will be a late arrival please
notify us as soon as possible. If there is
a late arrival of 15 minutes or more
with out prior notice you will need to
reschedule to the next available time
slot
Deliveries
Service Radius & Pricing:
We offer delivery within a 30-mile
radius from our operation’s location.
Delivery is calculated at a rate of $1.00
per mile (one-way) from our location
to your requested delivery location
Event Buffer Requirement
If your delivery order is for an event,
to ensure the absolute safety of your
order and to allow for proper setup,
delivery times must be scheduled to
be at least 3 hours prior to the start of
your event.
This mandatory window guarantees
that in the rare event of traffic, delays,
weather or scheduling conflicts, both
parties have ample time to execute a
backup plan
Hand-to-Hand Delivery Only
To guarantee the safety and pristine
condition of your treats, we do not
permit contactless or unattended
drop-offs. This policy is strictly
required for liability and business
purposes, and an authorized
person must be present to physically
retrieve the order
The 15-Minute Grace Window
We understand scheduling conflicts
happen, so we provide a mandatory
15-minute wait grace period from
your scheduled drop-off time. Because
we must remain strictly timely with
our other scheduled pickups and
deliveries. Unfortunately we cannot
wait past this 15-minute window
Missed Deliveries
If no one is present to retrieve the order
after 15 minutes, you will be required
to reschedule for the next available
pickup or delivery window
Our Timeliness Commitment
We value your time and strive for
absolute punctuality. In the rare event
of unforeseen transit delays (such as
heavy traffic or road closures) that
push our driver past your delivery
window, we will notify you
immediately with an updated
arrival time, and your delivery fee
will be partially credited based on the
length of the delay
Event Setup Policy
To ensure structural integrity and
presentation, on-site setup and
assembly are fully included in the
initial cost of all tiered cakes. Due to
the complexity of tiered cakes, we will
always handle this process at your
venue
For all other dessert orders, delivery
includes drop-off only. If you would
like us to unbox, arrange, style, or
stand-mount your desserts, an
additional Celebration Setup Fee will
apply. This service must be requested
and secured prior to your event date
to ensure proper scheduling on our
delivery calendar.
If setup is requested on the day of the
delivery, it is strictly subject to our
availability. If our schedule permits
the delay, a Premium Same-Day
Setup Fee will apply and must be paid
on-site via debit card, credit card or
mobile tap-to-pay before any setup
begins. If we do not have time in our
schedule to execute the set up, the
order will be drop-off only
Order Timeline/Reservation
An order request must be submitted
2-4 weeks before the pickup/delivery
date for both Signature & Custom
Desserts
Once the order request has been
received & approved the next step
will be signing an order contract
form
Contracts
Order contracts are necessary for
liability & business purposes
A 72-hour window will be open to
sign & submit your order contract
from the time your request is
approved. During this time your
requested pickup/delivery date will
be on hold
If you do not have an email
address for us to send the contract
to, we can set up a time for you to
sign it in person
After contract submission, there
will be a 24-hour window for you
to make the first half of your
payment. Your requested
pickup/delivery date will officially
be booked after that payment has
been received
Minor Order Changes
You may request minor modifications
such as editing written text/numbers,
or adjusting simple decorative
patterns up until the second half of
your payment is due (before
production begins) and an updated
invoice will be issued if there is a
price difference
Major Changes Prohibited
No major changes to the flavor,
structure, size, or type of dessert can be
made after the contract is signed as
the custom pricing, labor, and
scheduling have already been finalized
Order Requests & Dessert Order
Forms
Order requests are used to make an
inquiry or request to reserve a
pickup/delivery date
Dessert order forms are sent to you
so that you can provide us a detailed
description of your order. This is
necessary for all custom orders and it
will either be emailed to you or filled
out over the phone
Order Limits
Dessert maximum: 3
Flavor maximum: 3
Yield maximum: 50 servings per
dessert (150 servings total)
